A little piece of home

This workshop is designed for professional leaders with international identities who often face the challenge of adjusting to a new culture while staying connected to their home culture. The workshop provides a supportive environment for international leaders to share their experiences of living across cultures, both in their workspaces and everyday lives. The primary goal of the workshop is to foster a sense of connectedness among international leaders and encourage innovative reflections on ways to maintain a sense of home, ultimately enhancing leadership practices, work effectiveness, and productivity.
