Pivot with Differences

This workshop is designed for executives and leaders who enjoy a challenge to incorporate the value of diversity, equity inclusion, and belonging into their leadership practices. This workshop presents evidence-based research on how differences improve business outcomes by collaborative community building. Participating executives and business leaders can expect to be challenged to think outside of the box, to practice taking a stance of curiosity to learn and understand others with different social locations. Participants additionally gain an experience of utilizing their personal strengths to pivot with differences within their team to become an inclusive and more effective leader.

Optional post-workshop assessment on leadership style and additional one-on-one coaching are available for leaders and executives interested in additional training and more individualized growth opportunities on ways to pivot with differences.
